ICA Watershed

  • Thursday, August 29, 2019
  • 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • 256 Marginal Street, East Boston, MA

Registration is closed

The ICA Watershed opened in the Boston Harbor Shipyard and Marina in summer 2018, transforming a 15,000-square-foot, formerly condemned space into a vast and welcoming venue to see and experience large-scale art in East Boston.

Currently the Watershed is presenting the U.S. premiere of the immersive video installation Purple by acclaimed artist and filmmaker John Akomfrah.  It also features a gallery dedicated to the rich history of the shipyard and East Boston.

Admission to the ICA Watershed located in East Boston is free, and they have free parking as well.  The Water Shuttle from the ICA Boston location to the Watershed is free with ICA admission, or $20 separately.

We will meet at the Watershed entrance.  Spouses and friends welcome!

Lunch afterwards at KO Pie, 256 Marginal Street, Building 16.

For more directions and public transportation, see "Getting There" at ICA Watershed.
