International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. It was started in 1911. Check out this link to see how it is being celebrated around the world!
To mark this day, as we have done in past years, we invite you to gather and share the stories of the strong women of courage and conviction that we admire from our diverse cultures.
Please bring a story to share of a woman you admire ( 2-5 minutes max.).
Also, please bring a brown bag lunch.
