French Cooking

Come join us for a French cooking "class" at Francoise's.  She will demonstrate how to prepare chicken basquaise with rice (chicken, green and red peppers, onions, tomatoes, rice) and chocolate mousse (chocolate, eggs).

Participation will be limited to 8 members.  Once the spaces are filled, there will be a wait list.  There will be a $10 cash fee for each registrant to cover the cost of the food. Please register by April 18.

Any member who would like to host a cooking "class" in her home is welcomed and encouraged to do so! Date, time and number of attendees is up to you. Contributions can be requested from participating members to cover the cost of ingredients. Fill out the event planning form to select a date and get started!
