Japanese Cooking

Come join us for a Japanese cooking "class" at Brigitte K's.  Brigitte has generously offered the use of her kitchen for a demonstration by Iko and Matsuko of how to prepare Maki-zushi, Inari-zushi and Ushio-jiru (clear soup with clam).  Dessert will be Annin Dofu.

Participation will be limited to 8 members. There will be a $10 cash fee for each registrant to cover the cost of the food. Please register by March 14.

Any member who would like to host a cooking "class" in her home is welcomed and encouraged to do so! Date, time and number of attendees is up to you. Contributions can be requested from participating members to cover the cost of ingredients. Contact Nana to select a date and get started!
